- Place the pad above the upper lip, under the nose in an upward or downward direction.
- Secure the pad in place with the 8cm compression strap across the left and right sides of the garment exterior. Adjust for fit and comfort.
- Place the pad below the bottom lip, on your chin, in an upward or downward direction.
- Secure the pad in place with the 8cm compression strap across the left and right sides of the garment exterior. Adjust for fit and comfort.
